The device connects to the billing meter through optical elements. Regulator monitors the effective state of energy consumption and in case of getting to critical level is able to disconnect (switch off) TWO loops of appliances, to keep energy consumption under agrred conditions (according to aggrement with energy distibution company). separator (insulator) can also be placed with an independent power
source (e.g. DX0124) in a separate housing that can be sealed.
